Application fee is $75 per applicant and is due at the time of application submission.

An individual lease is a lease per resident rather than per unit basis. This community leases by apartment and does not offer individual or by-the-bedroom leasing.

You can request a preferred apartment when you apply. Availability and hold options vary, so please contact the leasing office for current policies. We'd love to talk through options and make sure you have your apartment of choice. 

Electric service is set up directly with MidAmerican Energy. Water and sewer are billed through the community based on individual usage. Residents are also charged a monthly $17 trash fee, $8 pest control fee, and $65 for internet, which is provided through the community’s internet service plan. A one-time utility setup fee of $24.95 and a $7.45 monthly utility service fee will also apply to manage and administer utility billing.

Renter's insurance is required. Please confirm specific policy requirements with the leasing office.

Short-term rental listings such as Airbnb or VRBO are not permitted. Please review lease terms for full details and contact the office for any further questions.

Early move-out may be subject to lease break terms and fees. Please contact the leasing office to review options.

Yes. Security deposit amounts and refunds can vary based on the condition of the leased rental upon move out. Contact the leasing office for current deposit details and requirements to lease with the community.

The community is located in the Waukee Community School District.

High-speed internet is available and billed monthly through the community Resident Portal.

This is a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited in apartments and common areas.

This is a pet-friendly community with pet fees and monthly pet rent. Dogs and cats are accepted with breed and policy guidelines.

Ample surface parking is available and free to all our residents. We also offer a variety of garage parking options which may be available for an additional monthly fee. Contact the office for details, we'd love to talk through your options.

Units are typically offered unfurnished. Please contact the office for any special availability or local furnishing businesses.

Units include kitchen appliances such as range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and pantry storage.

Yes, in-unit washer and dryer are included.

Every apartment features a tub and shower combination.

Yes, all of our apartments include central air conditioning and heating for your convenience.

Unfortunately, our community does not have any elevators in the buildings. However, our community only has three levels, which means that the third floor is the top floor that we offer apartments.
